Ordering & Supplementary Materials
Curriculum Ordering Information (2026–27)
Please do not place an order until your student’s registration has been fully processed.
Students must be enrolled and actively attending by October 1st to be eligible to receive curriculum.
Eligibility
Students may order curriculum once Cloverleaf has received confirmation that:
- Online Registration (OLR) is complete
- Enrollment is finalized prior to the October 1 funding deadline
Supplementary Materials Guidelines
All curriculum provided by Cloverleaf is considered supplementary, meaning it is intended to support your home instruction.
- Materials are provided at no cost to enrolled students
- Materials are non-religious and reusable
- Items are checked out annually and must be returned if a student withdraws or at the end of the school year
In accordance with Board Policy JQ, families may be responsible for fines if materials are lost, damaged, or not returned.
Curriculum Selection
Families may choose from several curriculum options within each subject area.
- Only one curriculum per subject may be selected
- This ensures equitable access to resources and aligns with program guidelines
We strongly encourage families to review curriculum before placing an order:
- Visit publisher websites (such as BookShark) to preview materials
- Consider your child’s learning style and needs
Curriculum Fair
Cloverleaf hosts a curriculum fair each spring for enrolled and newly enrolled families. This is an opportunity to:
- View curriculum in person
- Ask questions
- Speak with curriculum representatives, including BookShark
