Gratitude Journal
Start a gratitude journal. Write your gratitude list first thing in the morning to get your day off to a great start or list a few things that you’re grateful for before winding down for bed. Using a gratitude journal helps you focus on the good things that happened that day and has been said it can help reduce stress.
Breath of Joy
Take a deep breathe in, lift your arms over your head, and then swing your arms down, fold them over your legs, and breathe out of your mouth, like you are a skier pushing your poles into the ground. And then repeat, breathing in, standing tall, reaching your arms up. Breathing out and swinging down. Do this three times.
