Admissions Update
- 2026–2027 School Year: Now Open
To begin the admissions process, please review the Welcome Letter and Checklist. This document includes step-by-step instructions and helpful links to guide you.
Option 1:
Open the Welcome Letter and follow the checklist.
Option 2:
Complete the required forms below:
- DCSD Online Admissions Form (click the plus signs [+] for more information and to access the form)
- DCSD Online Notification of Intent to Homeschool Form
Additional Required Forms:
- Intent to Enroll 2026–27
- Media Consent Form (complete using Adobe Pro or print and fill out by hand)
Once completed, please email both required forms to:

Immunization Exemptions
All CDPHE immunization exemption certificates expire on June 30, 2026.
To complete your registration for the 2026–27 school year, you must go through the CDPHE Immunization Exemption process as part of your Online Admissions form.
Please note: You will need to complete the exemption process again after July 1, 2026, and submit the updated certificate to our school nurse.
