Immunization Exemptions
All CDPHE immunizations exemption certificates expire on 6/30/2025.
When registering for the 2025-26 school year, you will need to complete the CDPHE exemption process (CDPHE Immunization Exemptions) in order to complete the Online Admissions form for your student. You will need to complete the process again after July 1st for the '25-'26 school year and submit the certificate to our nurse. We appreciate your patience with this process.
